Are you scared of putting on weight during lockdown? Are you struggling with cravings, energy, stress / anxiety, positivity, healthy routine?
Audrey will share her Top Tips and Strategies to help with just that. She will illustrate what a typical day could look like and suggest that you pick 1 or 2 simple things to implement right after the presentation
Leigh will take us through her top tips on eating healthy and staying active during confinement, as well as the biggest pitfalls to avoid. She will teach us how to focus on good nutrition and fitness habits to keep us feeling healthy and strong, not only physically, but also mentally.
